1.0 When is my order processed?
Telephone orders are processed the same day. Internet, Facsimile and Mail orders are processed the next business morning.

2.0 What are your payment methods?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks, or C.O.D.

3.0 Will I be charged with sales tax?
Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside of Mississippi. SEPCO is only liscensed to collect 7% sales tax in Mississipppi. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Contact your state's tax commission to determine method of sales/usage/excise tax payment.
Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

4.0 How will I know if you've received my order?
We will notify you via email and/or telephone right after we receive your order online. Please make sure to put in your correct email address.

5.0 How do I check the status of an order?
After you have placed an order with us online. We will notify you via email, with the date your package has been shipped and your tracking order number (if requested).

7.0 Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed online?
If we have not yet shipped your order, you can change or cancel your order. If you have ordered online send an email to sepco@bestbailers.com . Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order number. Please provide complete details on the item that you would like to change or cancel.

8.0 How do I return items to Southeastern Environmental Products?
Need to return a purchase? No problem. We will exchange it or refund your money. Just replace the item in its original packaging and return to: Southeastern Environmental Products; 832 Pickford Point; Madison, MS 39110.

9.0 How long does it take to get my refund?
We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s) in our operations center. Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-10 days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.

10.0 How do I return or exchange an item purchased for me?
We will exchange the item(s) for another item(s) or we can send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item(s) you're returning. If you want to exchange the items and the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the cost for the return item(s) please call us for payment for the additional amount.

11.0 If my selection is "backordered" what happens?
Most of our products ship out directly from the manufacturer. This minimizes our overhead and our warehouse fees. Occasionally, a product is more popular than anticipated and the manufacturer may temporarily run out of stock. When this happens, we will immediately contact you via telephone or via email with an anticipated shipping date. You will not be billed for back-ordered materials.

12.0 What do I do if an item has been damaged in shipping?

13.0 Can I ship items to more than one address when placing my order online?
We are happy to ship item(s) to more than one address. However at this time you will need you to place the orders separately by telephone or on our Web site.

14.0 Do you ship Internationally?
We can ship internationally. In order to do so, please request a quotation. You will need to provide anticipated order quantities, shipping preference (air or slow boat), and provide a detailed shipping address.
We can also ship to an agent of your designation in the USA at your request at the time of ordering. The freight forwarding company should be notified by you, the customer, that the order is to be forwarded to the address in the shipping instructions section of our checkout page. As always, our prices include ground shipping anywhere in the 48 states. Please contact us for packaging requirements, weights, dimensions, etc. (If you do not have a freight forwarding company, contact us for our contact.)
Client will be responsible for customs, value added taxes, duties, declaration fees or applicable storage fees at the destination. Transit times are variable.

15.0 Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Additional charges apply to shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii. The cost for this service will be quoted via email. (Certain items may not be available for delivery in these states.)
